Recruitment Policy

At LRGPS, meticulous care is taken in recruitment of staff: teaching and non-teaching.

As per the need, an advertisement is given in the local papers like EENADU, SAAKSHI, ANDHRA JYOTHI and Hindu. Also a scrolling would be given in school website about the vacancy. A ready portal “CAREERS” is available in the website to make an enquiry or post a CV. Sometimes we also check the files of the students to check the availability of a suitable parent.

After scrutinizing all the applications, a brief telephonic interview would be conducted by the front office to check their spoken English/ Communication skill. All such filtered candidates would be given a specific date, time, grade and topic for demo. A subject expert from LRGPS, Principal, one SMC member, PTA Member, faculty from LRGNJC would be attending the demo class. Later the last round would be the interview, which consists the above members.

Once a candidate clears the interview round, based on the consolidated report of the above members, salary negotiations would happen with Principal. An offer letter would be given after the certificates verifications. On the date of joining, joining report would be submitted by the candidate along with originals and a medical certificate and a No Due certificate with Conduct Certificate/Experience certificate. . Same day, appointment order would be handed over and an acknowledgment of certificates would be given. Within a period of two weeks ESI and PF would be initiated in case of a regular employee.

The candidates would be given a document of general rules and regulations which would be signed. A special file would be maintained with all the above documents and an adhaar and PAN details.

In case of peons and ayammas, police verification also would be conducted.
